Fantasy or Fact: EMC CLARiiON Integration Pack for Windows SCOM 2007 (&R2) July 15, 2010

It is a FACT!  Too bad it is really HARD TO FIND!

It works against alerts; this is not a facility to import array performance data into SCOM. But it’s very handy way to monitor and track events, and it’s free.

If you are licensed for Navisphere then the SCOM pack for CLARiiON is available on Powerlink at:

Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads J-O > Navisphere Server Based Software

Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads C > CLARiiON AX4-5

If you are having trouble navigating through Powerlink, send me an email at yourjediprincess@earthlink.net and I will help you navigate through PL to find it.

    HI Jedi Princess –

I am trying to find the software / utilities in your original post. I have Navisphere access (I can download Navisphere plus lots of other stuff) but I do not seem to be able to get the SCOM stuff. Any help would be great, I want to be able monitor our Clariion(s) asap without having to spend more $$ on another 3rd party app which isn’t EMC centric. Thanks in advance

    Hi Jedi,

Unfortunately I am unable to find MP on the provided links. Although we are licensed for Navisphere. We are evaluating SCOM 2007 R2 and want to have our EMC Storage’s “alerts” monitored too.
Can you please guide me a little more, if possible for you?

    Thanks,

    Junaid Ahmed
